What does the External Vice-Chairman do?

This person will manage the element of USICR outside the campus. The External Vice-Chairman [EVC] will work directly with the local, state, and national versions and allies of the Republican Party.

Duties include:
Part 1. Main Goal: Maintaining communication and a working relationship with different levels of off-campus allied groups such as the
i. Republican Party (National, State, County)
ii. College Republicans network (National, State, Chapters).
Part 2. Overseeing off-campus events and activities at the hand of the EC.
Part 3. Administer the tasks delegated by the EC pertaining to the position.
Part 4. Helping fill in the gaps for the EC and IVC when necessary.
